Founder of Core4Fitness
Tom is a wellbeing specialist dedicated to creating environments where people thrive. From personalised home training to designing gyms, corporate wellness programmes, and wellbeing events, he works with trusted experts to combine knowledge, experience, and insight—delivering lasting impact every time.
In 2012, after qualifying as a personal trainer, Tom founded Core4Fitness with a clear vision: wellbeing isn’t just a routine—it’s a lifestyle, shaped by the right people, spaces, and experiences.
Whether leading engaging home training sessions, creating home gym and wellbeing spaces, or delivering corporate wellbeing initiatives, Tom ensures every project is thoughtfully designed, highly effective, and tailored to help individuals and teams flourish.
