Classes

  • We run a variety of group classes including, HIIT, circuits, and low-impact sessions. Each class targets different goals so you can choose what suits you best.

  • Yes. Every class includes beginner-friendly options, and our trainers guide you through proper form and safe progressions.

  • You can book through our website or app. Choose your class, pick a time, and confirm your spot. Don’t forget, your first class is free!

  • Wear comfortable workout clothes, bring a water bottle, towel and mat. Any other equipment needed for the class is provided unless stated otherwise.

  • All of our classes are 45 minutes. This gives you an effective, high-quality workout that fits easily into a busy schedule.

  • No problem. Our trainers explain everything at the start and offer modifications so you can move at your own pace.

  • Please speak to your trainer before class so they can offer safe alternatives. For medical concerns, it’s best to contact a doctor or injury specialist before participating.

  • Arriving 5 minutes before class helps you settle in, warm up, and get the most out of your class.

  • Classes can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the start time. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged.

  • Yes. We offer single-class passes, multi-class packs, so you can choose what fits your routine.

  • Yes - we limit class numbers to ensure everyone gets proper coaching and space to train safely.

  • Your trainer will introduce themselves, explain the format, demonstrate movements, and check in with you throughout the session. Expect a friendly, supportive environment.

  • Yes — if you prefer more personalised coaching, we offer 1:1 and small-group training options.

  • If you’re unsure, our trainers can recommend a great starting point based on your goals.

Bespoke Training

  • You choose the location that suits your lifestyle. Core4Fitness offers in-home sessions with equipment provided, training in your home gym, or sessions at a licensed green space. We travel to you for maximum convenience.

  • Our trainers specialize in personal training, yoga, Pilates, strength and conditioning, mobility and flexibility, nutrition coaching, and lifestyle support.

  • No. Your trainer brings everything needed. If you have a home gym or equipment, we can absolutely incorporate it.

  • Your first session focuses on understanding you. We discuss your goals, concerns, previous training experience, current fitness level, and any past or existing injuries. This ensures your sessions are tailored from day one.

  • Most sessions are 45 minutes, with flexible options available.
