Costs to join our weekly classes are charged at the following rates:

for a single class credit

1:1 Training Pricing

Costs for 1hr bespoke training sessions are charged at the following rates:

Once you’ve reached out, we can arrange your first class or training session - so you can experience it with no pressure to commit long term.

  • We run a variety of group classes including, HIIT, circuits, and low-impact sessions. Each class targets different goals so you can choose what suits you best.

  • Yes. Every class includes beginner-friendly options, and our trainers guide you through proper form and safe progressions.

  • You can book through our website or app. Choose your class, pick a time, and confirm your spot. Don’t forget, your first class is free!

  • Wear comfortable workout clothes, bring a water bottle, towel and mat. Any other equipment needed for the class is provided unless stated otherwise.
