Costs to join our weekly classes are charged at the following rates:

for a single class credit£12.50 per class

*Can be used at any class.
Packages expire 4 months from purchase date.
1:1 Training Pricing
Costs for 1hr bespoke training sessions are charged at the following rates:

Yes. Every class includes beginner-friendly options, and our trainers guide you through proper form and safe progressions.

You can book through our website or app. Choose your class, pick a time, and confirm your spot. Don’t forget, your first class is free!

Wear comfortable workout clothes, bring a water bottle, towel and mat. Any other equipment needed for the class is provided unless stated otherwise.
