About Tom

Tom has always looked to challenge himself mentally and physically he started his journey competitively downhill ski racing. Living and training in the Alps during European winter months and travelling to Australia during European summer months. This training was both physically and mentally demanding. It taught Tom the importance of focus, discipline and consistency. This enabled him to achieve success throughout his training and racing career.

He later gained some of the highest race coaching and ski instructor qualifications leading him to a coaching career that saw him train members of the GB, England, Australian, and Welsh junior alpine race teams. After a number of years, he decided to move away from the skiing world and join the armed forces.

During his time with the military he learnt a huge amount about himself. Moments of struggle, failure and great success. These experiences helped him grow as an individual and in a team environment. This has in turn given him key skills to develop the business and career he is now so passionate about.

Absolutely brilliant. Boot camp was extremely well run and gave you the option to push yourself as hard as you wanted to. People of all ability attended the bootcamp and as a university student, i would highly recommend it as a means to keep fitness up during the holidays. I didn't think i was going to push myself as hard as i did and its actually motivated me to come to the gym every day since I've been back at university!
