Tom Laidlaw – Head Trainer

Tom is the Head Trainer and Founder of Core4Fitness. He set up Core4Fitness in 2012 with a passion to provide a fitness solution for all. Whether training at the Gym, Home or out in the elements. Over the years he has gained experience training within all environments to develop the best possible plan and results for his clients. Tom continues to enjoy working with clients while also developing Core4Fitness into a one stop shop for all fitness requirements.

Qualifications:

Tom is a level 3 personal trainer with a wide range of knowledge in disciplines including:

– 1:1 training
– Cardio Training
– Functional fitness
– Boxing
– Circuit training
– Kettlebell training
– Resistance training

 
 

Jo Girling – Personal Trainer

Jo believes in health and well-being, offering a personalised experience to each and every client. Sustainable results come from hard work and commitment- but Jo strongly believes that there should also be a sense of fun and achievement in all sessions, group or one to one. Results with a smile.

Qualifications:

Jo is a Level 3 Personal Trainer with a wide range of knowledge in disciplines including:

– Boxing
– Circuit training
– Kettlebell training
– High- Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

Charlotte Nixon – Yoga & Barre Instructor

Charlotte was first introduced to yoga, age 10, by her gran, but it was only after years as a dancer, that she fully rediscovered it when recovering from a knee injury. She was instantly drawn to the meditative element and the healing power of yoga – on both a physical and emotional level – and once it was part of her life, she knew that she and yoga would not be separated again.

She trained with Yogahaven in Morocco and qualified with her 200 hours accredited by Yoga Alliance UK in 2012. Alongside her passion for yoga, Charlotte loves to travel and has practised all over the globe. Charlotte’s classes and sessions beautifully mix the spirituality and roots of yoga, a vinyasa flow sequence, and a cool, upbeat playlist to keep the prana flowing.

Charlotte Temple - Yoga Teacher

Charlotte loves practicing Yoga, talking about it and sharing that passion with others, so in 2015 she travelled to Bali to complete her Yoga Teacher Training. Since then Charlotte has completed a further 300hr Training course, as well as further anatomy training.

In all her classes you can expect to work on syncing movement with the breath, using our practice as meditation creating the opportunity to take time out for yourself. We will work on mobility to increase flexibility and strength, breathwork and meditation to help calm the mind. Her classes are suitable for all levels, she will give variations to make postures more accessible for beginners or push more experienced students.

Jasmine Clark - Personal Trainer

Jasmine is an experienced personal trainer with further qualifications in postnatal and women’s training. She is also a mum to two sons so she really does appreciate how hard it can be to, not just get back into shape after pregnancy, but to feel like you again! She has lots of experience with postnatal clients but also loves to work within other areas of training too.

Neil Ahern - Yoga Teacher

Neil would happily admit that he is a most unlikely yogi. It is for exactly this reason though, that he can say with some truth and conviction that it has changed his life.
Having grown up sports-mad, Neil has played football and golf all of his life. What began as a search for a new hobby and longevity of health soon became a way of life. Inspired by the many great yoga teachers he practiced under in Farnham, Neil developed a love and fascination for the flexibility, strength, mental focus and general positivity which yoga brought to his life.
Neil felt a strong urge to bring the power and beauty of yoga to other people's lives just as his teachers had done for him.
